Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Large or custom items may require additional processing time, which we will communicate.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. We use a combination of parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx) and freight services for oversized items like large rugs and mirrors.

3. Delivery & Inspection

Parcel Deliveries: Left at your doorstep.

Freight Deliveries: Typically curbside delivery only. Driver assistance inside the home is not included. Please inspect for visible damage before the driver leaves and note any issues on the delivery receipt.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for freight items.
