Q3: What is the weight capacity of your clothes trees/garment racks?
A: Our clothes trees typically support 50-100 lbs, depending on the design (metal vs. wood). The exact weight limit is listed in each product's specifications.

Q4: Do you offer assembly services for clothes trees or floor mirrors?
A: Currently, we do not offer professional assembly. However, all items come with clear instructions and necessary hardware for straightforward customer assembly.

Q5: How do I clean and maintain my rug?
A: We recommend regular vacuuming (without a beater bar for high-pile rugs) and prompt spot cleaning with a mild detergent. Most of our rugs are not machine washable—please refer to the individual care label.

Q6: Can the mirrors be mounted on the wall?
A: Yes, most of our mirrors come with appropriate hanging hardware. Some lightweight models use adhesive strips, while larger mirrors require wall anchors and screws (not always included).
