Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return & Exchange Window
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in new, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging and tags.
2. Special Conditions

Rugs/Carpets: Must be free of stains, odors, and damage. Please unroll and inspect upon delivery.

Mirrors: Must be free of cracks, chips, or defects. Check carefully upon unpacking.

Clothes Trees: Must be disassembled and packed in original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-sized or personalized items.

Used, damaged, or altered items (unless defective upon arrival).

Final sale items.
4. The Return Process

Contact: Email with your order number and photos of the item.

Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs. For large rugs or mirrors, we may arrange a pickup for a fee.

Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
